Access to Kawaguchiko:

From Tokyo station, take the JR Chuo line to Mitaka station and transfer to the Kaiji ltd. express train to Otsuki. It is also possible to take the Kaiji ltd. express directly from Shinjuku station. At Otsuki, transfer to the Fujikyu line. This is a privately held railway and the JR Pass is can’t be used on this line. The fare from Otsuki to Kawaguchiko is ¥ 1,440 by limited express or ¥ 1,140 by local service.

• How to Use Your Tickets When entering or leaving the ticket gates, if the reverse side of your ticket is black, please insert it into the slot of the automatic gates. If not, please show it to the station staff at the gates.

	After using an automatic gate or showing your ticket to the station staff, proceed through.
	You may need to show your ticket to a conductor while on the train, so please keep it safe and handy.
	At your destination, use the same ticket you did to enter to exit the gates. Please note that your ticket will be collected by the automatic gates or station staff (except in the case of multiuse passes).
